Privacy Policy

• Listing photos you upload, and details you enter about the listing (address, style, captions).
• Email address, once you provide one — either at sign-in, or when unlocking a download.
• Phone number, if you give us one, or if it's published on a listing we contact you about — see section 5.
• Payment information, handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage data needed to operate the Service, such as which listings you've created and their render status.

To generate your videos, operate your account, process payments, email you about your renders, and improve the Service. We don't sell your data.

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the Service. They may process your data only on our instructions, and only for these purposes:

• Hosting and storage — our database, file storage, and sign-in.
• Media processing — generating and assembling your video from the photos you supply.
• Payments — processing your purchase. Card details go directly to our payment processor; we never receive them.
• Communications — delivering account email, and any calls or messages described in section 5.

Some of these providers are located outside Canada, so your data may be processed in other countries. A current list of our service providers is available on request — email hello@listingbuzz.app.

We don't share your data with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

Using the Service without an account creates an anonymous session so you can generate a video before deciding to sign up. Anonymous listings, photos, and videos that never have an email attached to them are periodically deleted.

We contact real estate professionals about ListingBuzz using business contact details they have published publicly, such as the phone number on a listing. We don't buy phone lists, and we don't contact consumers. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training.

If you ask us to send you something, we'll text it to the number you confirm — usually a link to a sample video made from your own listing photos.

Message frequency. We send very few messages: typically one after a call you asked us to follow up on, and at most an occasional follow-up after that. We don't run recurring or automated marketing campaigns, and we won't add you to a list.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to contact you about ListingBuzz, and are passed only to the providers that carry the call or message on our behalf. We never sell them.

To opt out: reply STOP to any text, tell the caller you'd rather not be contacted, or email hello@listingbuzz.app. We keep an internal do-not-contact list and honour these permanently — no further calls or texts, from any campaign. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

We keep your listings, photos, and videos for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time — email hello@listingbuzz.app.

Your data is stored with row-level access controls so it's only ever readable by you, and photo/video storage uses private, time-limited links rather than public URLs.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@listingbuzz.app. You can also stop using the Service at any point without providing an email at all — nothing is retained beyond the anonymous-session cleanup described above.

We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
